We’re incredibly excited to announce that Manning Homes has been named a finalist in the Outdoor Project over $300,000 category at the 2025 Hunter Region HIA Awards.

This recognition is especially meaningful as it represents our first official project under the Manning Homes name since starting our family business just 18 months ago. To have our work acknowledged at this level so early in our journey is both exciting and rewarding. None of it would have been possible without the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients and the support of everyone who helped bring this stunning outdoor space to life.

Being recognised as a finalist is already a huge achievement for us and it’s one that fuels our passion to continue creating exceptional custom homes for families on the Mid North Coast.
We’re looking forward to celebrating this achievement at the awards night in Newcastle next month.
