This face-to-face consultation is all about getting to know you and your goals. We’ll explore the type of home you’re looking to build, your must-haves and deal-breakers, and the style, layout, and finishes that reflect your lifestyle. We also discuss what you're looking for in a builder and what’s most important to you throughout the building experience.

Here, your ideas begin to take shape. We develop a personalised floor plan, create a high-quality 3D exterior render, and provide a realistic preliminary cost estimate - all through a collaborative process with our designer and build team. The result is a concept that’s tailored to your vision and aligned with your budget.

Now we dive into the detail and preparation needed for a seamless build. This stage includes design and colour consultations, soil testing, structural and footing engineering, council and developer approvals, and detailed construction drawings. Your personalised build schedule is also created and made available in your client portal, helping you plan your living arrangements, finances, and timelines with confidence.

With all essential components finalised - including plans, selections, approvals, and engineering - you’ll be presented with a fixed-price HIA Building Contract. Everything is clearly outlined and agreed upon, giving you full visibility over your investment and build timeline before construction begins.

This is where your home comes to life. Our builder, Jake will personally oversee your build with the care and attention it deserves. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and direct communication via our client portal, keeping you informed and involved every step of the way.

Welcome to your new home! Once construction is complete, we’ll walk you through your finished build and provide a detailed handover pack. It’s a proud moment for you - and for us - as we celebrate the start of a new chapter in your beautiful new space.
