The Brief

Create a relaxed, functional coastal home that makes the most of its elevated position and stunning views across Black Head Beach.

The new home has been designed around easy family living, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that connects directly to the front deck and the outlook beyond.

The Project

This project began as a complete knockdown rebuild, giving the owners the opportunity to start fresh and create a home better suited to the site, their lifestyle and the surrounding coastal environment.

The layout centres around open-plan living, with the main kitchen, dining and living areas positioned to take advantage of the coastal views and flow naturally onto the front deck.

With construction currently underway and completion expected around January 2027, we're looking forward to seeing this coastal home come together over the coming months.
