Our very first project as Manning Homes, Tulloch House, was recognised as a finalist in this category, celebrating excellence in outdoor construction and design. A special milestone for us, and one that made our first year in business even more memorable.

Recognising builders who demonstrate strong industry knowledge, leadership, achievements and ambition for the future. Being named a finalist was a proud acknowledgement of how far Manning Homes has come in a relatively short time, and the direction we're heading as a business.
HIA Renovation/Addition Project $500,000–$1 Million | Finalist
Our Daphne House project was recognised as a finalist in this category, celebrating excellence in the design and construction of residential renovations and additions. A wonderful recognition of the work involved in transforming an existing home.
